Synrc using Window XP SP3

We're using the Version 2 on a Windows XP SP3.  Nice app.  We've successfully tested the Outlook 2003 read contact feature.  The test of Windows Live was unsuccessful.  The app open the Live ID login, we've enter a live-id and had a successfully login.  Afterwards, the app sits with the text "Loading (8/7)" appearing within the full progress bar.  Synrc.exe seems inactive.

Thanks for the reply.  I've uninstalled the previous version and installed the current release.  The windows live login is successful, contacts are successfully downloaded.  Any attempts to repeat this action results in "Synrc Contacts has encountered an problem..."

Windows reports:

EventType : clr20r3     P1 : synrc.exe     P2 : 0.1.0.0     P3 : 49e44a0e
P4 : mscorlib     P5 : 2.0.0.0     P6 : 4889dc80     P7 : 3861     P8 : 3b
P9 : system.argumentexception

Attempts to debug using VS 2008 reveal.

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

Additional information: Illegal characters in path
